TSHHRAE is the Texas Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and Education dedicated to meeting the professional needs of human resources leaders in healthcare.

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of excellence in human resources administration, management and education in Texas healthcare facilities.  TSHHRAE is comprised of healthcare human resources professionals from across the state of Texas in all types of healthcare organizations including hospitals, clinics, long-term care, assisted living centers, and insurance agencies.  TSHHRAE has a rich history of providing up-to-date information impacting human resources health care professionals.

Our Code of Ethics

It is with every intention that the Board Members of the Texas Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and Education conduct themselves in line with the mission and vision of the organization.  With this being said, the Texas Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and Education Board and Members will:

• Maintain the highest standards of professional and person conduct.

• Be good financial stewards.

• Offer educational services relevant to HR practitioners in the healthcare field and in compliance with employment law.

• Sponsor salary surveys that comply with the government anti-trust requirements.

• Monitor the TSHHRAE website for appropriate content.

• Give back to the community through philanthropic activities.

• Maintain loyalty to the Human Resources profession by being an advocate for the employee and the company.
